Housekeeping Room Attendant
Description:Sort soiled laundry, load laundry machines with bedding and linen, and start the washer. When washing cycle is finished, clean, wet articles must be placed in the dryer for the measured time cycle then sorted, folded and placed in the appropriate storage area. Sort and count articles to verify laundry lists. Keep the laundry area clean; sweep and dust equipment at the end of each day. Assist with any special projects or tasks as assigned by Supervisor or/and Manager including cleaning guest rooms.
Schedule and hours vary, weekends a must. Hours are 7:00am-3:30pm, 8:00am - 4:30pm ,and 9:00am - 5:30pm.
Full Time - 32 hrs
Job Purpose: Protects guests and property by patrolling and monitoring premises; identifying, anticipating, and resolving security problems.
Duties: * Identifies security problems and premises hazards by patrolling lobbies, corridors, rest rooms, entrances, etc.; inspecting safety devices and alarms; operating camera surveillance and alarm console. * Prevents and resolves crimes by responding to and investigating concerns and complaints; observing and intervening in suspicious situations; apprehending suspects and criminals; calling local law enforcement agency for assistance. * Prevents property damage by sounding fire and protective alarms; taking damage control measures, such as, extinguishing fires. * Educates guests by explaining precautionary measures. * Secures guests by helping them during evacuations, accidents, or attacks. * Documents actions by completing reports and logs; interviewing guests and employees. * Protects organization's image by keeping security and incident information confidential. * Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. * Enhances security and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

This position works 32 hours per week. The hours are 4pm - 12am Thursday through Sunday. The schedule may vary as needed.
Front Desk Agent
Description: Deliver exceptional Customer Service to our Internal and External Clients. Communicate effectively with all internal departments. Answer incoming phone calls, transfer, and take messages when required. Make reservations. Be attentive to all clients needs. Provide general information to visitors and guests. Check lodgers in, assign rooms, and process keys. Meet, greet, and acknowledge all clients in the Front Lobby area. Address customer needs and problems, report results to Front Office Manager. Previous Front Desk experience preferred.
Schedule varies, weekends a must. Shifts are 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm (both shifts are required).
